Privacy Policy — Property Validator

Last updated: 9 September 2026

Operated by: KP ENTERPRISE, a sole proprietorship of Kettan Potay

Contact: support@kpenterprise.net

Property Validator runs on your device. The property details you enter, the reports we generate, and your answers about your own finances never leave your phone. There are no accounts. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with builders, brokers or sellers, and we do not use it to advertise to you.

1. What we collect

Everything you enter

Nothing leaves your device. Property details, your budget and income answers, and every report are stored in your phone's local storage. We cannot see them. Uninstalling the app deletes them.

This app has no accounts and no sign-in. We never learn your name, your email address or who you are.

If you buy anything

Payments are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your card number, UPI ID, bank details or CVV. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase succeeded, its amount, and an identifier for it, so we can unlock what you paid for.

Automatically collected

Nothing. This app contains no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK and no advertising SDK. We do not measure how you use the app.

Google Play collects some technical diagnostics for every app on the store, independently of us and under Google's own privacy policy. We do not control that collection and receive no personal data from it.

2. What we do NOT collect

3. Why we are allowed to process it

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the only personal data that reaches us is the purchase record created when you choose to buy a plan, and we process it for the single purpose of unlocking what you paid for. You give that consent by making the purchase, and you may withdraw it by asking us to delete the record (see section 6).

Everything else stays on your device, so no consent is needed for it — we never receive it.

4. Who else touches your data

We use a small number of processors, each limited to its stated purpose:

Both operate infrastructure outside India, so your purchase record may be processed outside India. The DPDP Act permits this except to territories the Central Government has restricted, and we do not transfer data to any restricted territory.

We use no other processors. If that changes, this policy changes first.

5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may:

To exercise any of these, or to raise a grievance, contact our Grievance Officer:

Grievance Officer: Kettan Potay

Email: support@kpenterprise.net

Address: KP ENTERPRISE, Flat No 3, Gharkul Apartment, Veer Abhimanyu Square Road, Yavatmal, Maharashtra 445001, India

We will respond within the period the DPDP Act requires.

7. Children

This app is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. Since there are no accounts, we hold nothing that could identify a child. If a purchase was made by one, write to us and we will erase the record.

8. Security

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Android's auto-backup is switched off, so what the app stores stays on your device rather than being copied to your cloud backup.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. But we hold no passwords, no card numbers, no bank details and no property records — the most sensitive things this app touches never reach us at all, which is the strongest security guarantee we can offer.

9. An important note about what this app is

Property Validator provides decision support for your own due diligence. It is not legal advice, not a title opinion, not a valuation, and not investment advice. Its assessments are generated from information you supply and from reference data that changes over time. Before committing money to any property, engage an advocate for a title search and a registered valuer for a valuation. We accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of the app's output.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, where the change is material, tell you in the app before it takes effect.
