Property Validator has no accounts and no sign-in. Almost everything the app holds — your property details, your budget and income answers, and every report — is stored only on your own phone and never reaches us. You can erase all of it yourself, immediately, without asking anyone.

How to delete your data

To delete everything stored on your phone Uninstall Property Validator from your device. This permanently erases every property you entered, every answer you gave and every report generated, along with your language preference. It is immediate and cannot be undone. We hold no copy of any of it, so there is nothing further for us to delete and nothing for you to request.
To delete your purchase record Email support@kpenterprise.net with the subject line “Delete my data”. Include the Google Play order number from your purchase receipt so we can identify the record — we hold no name or email address against it, so the order number is the only way to find it.
We confirm by reply We action deletion requests within the period the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires, and write back to confirm what was erased.

What is deleted, and what is kept

What we never had in the first place

We do not collect your name, your email address, your phone number or your location. There are no accounts, so there are no credentials to erase. We have no analytics, no crash reporting and no advertising in the app, so there is no behavioural record of you anywhere.
